I keep seeing this bright light in the sky on different days.

Sometimes there are two and if I zoom in colors appear . I'm not sure what it is but it's visible from my backyard.

This was 10/25/21, Fair Oaks,CA facing West :

The one hanging low is stationary it seems but when I zoom it looks crazy. One looks like it zoomed up. This one was taken 10/18/21 but I had seen it previously on 10/15/21 same location. The second video shows two I believe:

Perhaps it could be a planet? It is sitting really low in the sky though...
